If you’re a team administrator (sometimes called a coach or group administrator), you have access to Smartabase’s administration tools. This means you’re able to help manage the people you’re responsible for.
As a team administrator, you have visibility of and access to people in groups specified by your Smartabase administrator.
You’re able to add new users to your groups and update some account details of people in these groups, but you can’t use all the same tools that a site administrator can.
- You can edit user account details, like names, phone numbers and email addresses.
- You can also create new user accounts, but will not be able to import, duplicate or merge user accounts.
- You can use the password reset function for people you have access to, including setting custom passwords if you have the appropriate system permission.
- You cannot reset a multi-factor authentication key.
If you need to be able to assign roles to people in your groups, a Smartabase administrator must give you team administrator permission for each role.
