We\u2019ll show you how to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Find the most suitable version of the Kiosk app for the device it\u2019s going to be used on.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Install and log in to the Kiosk app.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Set up each kiosk for its intended use.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Be aware of our recommendations for using the Kiosk app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"wet-signatures\">Sign a form using the wet signature field<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.fusionsport.com\/help\/article\/wet-signature\/\">wet signature<\/a> field allows you to add a signature to a record using a mouse, stylus or your finger. With this update to the Kiosk app, people can conveniently sign records from a tablet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6900\" src=\"https:\/\/learn.fusionsport.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Signature-field-on-kiosk.gif\" alt=\"A screen recording of a signature field on the kiosk app\" width=\"601\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"\u201cimprovements-to-paragraph-text-fields\u201d\">Improvements to paragraph text fields<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve made some improvements to the experience of entering information into <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.fusionsport.com\/help\/article\/smartabase-question-types\/\">paragraph fields<\/a> from the Kiosk app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">The default height of the text entry box has been increased to five lines.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">The height of the text entry box will dynamically expand for up to 10 lines.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">After 10 lines, you\u2019ll be able to scroll within the text box using a scrollbar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6899\" src=\"https:\/\/learn.fusionsport.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Paragraph-field-on-kiosk.gif\" alt=\"A screen recording of a paragraph field on the Kiosk app\" width=\"600\" height=\"423\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"\u201csearch-for-groups-alphabetically\u201d\">Search for groups alphabetically<\/h3>\n<p>Previously for people needing access to many different groups on the Kiosk app, the group selection screen wasn\u2019t easy to navigate. We\u2019ve now updated the way groups are listed so they\u2019ll display alphabetically, which will make finding the right group a lot easier.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"\u201cgeneral-improvements-and-bug-fixes\u201d\">General improvements and bug fixes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">We\u2019ve included some behind-the-scenes updates required for supporting different languages in the app. You\u2019ll now be able to display the kiosk in Dutch, French, Spanish, German or Simplified Chinese, with more languages to come in the near future!<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Improvements have been made to how the app handles session timeouts. Now when your connection is lost, the warning message you see will provide a clearer explanation of what\u2019s happened, and what you need to do to reconnect.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">We\u2019ve resolved an issue where kiosks with only one event form wouldn\u2019t allow you to access the coach settings.<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Support has been added for connecting Bluetooth devices directly to the Kiosk app. We currently support a selection of thermometers and pulse oximeters, but plan to add more devices over time.
